Thanksgiving was wonderful and warm and we all miss it already. I don't have any pictures to post though because I forgot my camera, ahhhh! But thank you Amber for making me feel better - that I wasn't the only one who forgot my camera. It was fun to see Michael give his farewell talk and go through the temple with him.
I think it is so great we have Thanksgiving right before Christmas. I am grateful for the reminder of all I am thankful for before diving into the craziness Christmas can bring. I need that reminder. I am truly blessed with a wonderful family and to have the gospel fo Jesus Christ. A couple weeks ago our previous Stake President was talking to Benson about Santa Clause and asked him what Santa was going to bring him. Benson's reply was, "A tooth brush and cereal." We all got a laugh out of it, but it warmed my heart that he was so exited for Santa to bring him a tooth brush and cereal. So simple and so grateful. I have learned so much from Benson and Grant, and their sweet spirits. I hope Chirstmas will continue to allow us to relect on the things we are grateful for.
