Benson was baptized July 5th at 9:00 a.m. at the Shelley Stake Center by his father. This little boy was so incredibly excited to get baptized and I am amazed at his desire to always want to do what is right. He has always been close to the spirit and is "quick to observe." He had a goal to finish the Book of Mormon before he was baptized. He came close but we finished a couple months later as a family.
Grandpa Versey, Grandma and Grandpa Yeaman, Christopher, Shane Yeaman and his girlfriend Kaila Huff, Dan and Melissa Stark, Addy, Hannah, William, MiKayla and Trevor, and Marin were all able to come to his baptism. Christopher played the piano, Melissa Stark directed the music, Shane gave a talk on baptism, Grandma Yeaman gave a talk on the Holy Ghost, Grandpa Versey gave the opening prayer, and Grandpa Yeaman gave the closing prayer. Grandpa Versey and Yeaman were the Witnesses. Bishop Hoskins presided and Conducted the Baptism.
