Halloween Festivities

Our Halloween Festivities started with a Halloween party Friday night. It was so nice to spend time with Josh. We had a babysitter, got a pizza for them and Benson is always excited when there's a babysitter coming over. He has learned how to work them (sad, I know, he's only 3). But when Josh and I started getting our costumes on he was so sad because he thought we  were going trick-or-treating without him so he had to get his costume on too. I thought I did pretty good this year. I didn't spend a dime on any costumes I just used what I had. Josh and I went as cavemen and I just used a my old bed sheets from high school.

Saturday during the day we checked out some Winne the Pooh Halloween movies at the library, went to the carnival at the high school and took the boys to the trunk or treat. They only made it half way before they were done, but I won't complain. Just what they need, more candy.

Saturday night we had a family halloween party. These are the times I love having family so close and it is so fun that Josh and all his siblings are close in age. Benson's costume was a hand-me-down I got from my sister. (Thank you.) And Grants costume... well like I said, I used what I had and I didn't have a pattern either. No one could tell what Grant was unless he was standing next to Benson. - Batman and Robin (Incase your having a hard time figuring it out too). Sarah got a pinata for the kids which they thought was so cool . Hope everyone had a good Halloween.
