Benson and Grant were walking long before 1; Porter, I think I'll just keep him my baby forever. He only has 2 teeth. He loves to jibber jabber and wrestle with his big brothers. He has mastered the art of throwing a temper tantrum and melting my heart.
This month we also got to go to Arizona for a very special occasion. My brother got married! They are such a beautiful couple and it was so fun to see family and friends. I am so glad everyone came to my parents house to visit me while I was in town. With the help of some awesome friends we pulled off a flash mob. There were probably a little over twenty people spred throughout the backyard that sang along with us. I started, "Does he love me I wanna know, how can I tell if he loves me so?" I have a video of it, but my dad did such an awesome job recording, all you can see is me! I was on one side of the pool and everyone else was on the other side so it wasn't really his fault. Next time, yes next time, I need to make sure everyone comes to one location at the end. I think we will make this a wedding reception tradition and next time it will be even cooler!
This was my Mother's Day gift amazing. The bouquet was huge, I had to stand beside it so you see how big it really was. Isn't Josh the best? He must really love me!
Back home... the boys were playing dress up. Grant was a ninja and Benson was an astronaut.
Benson graduated preschool. A couple times throughout the school year his teacher told me how much she loved his enthusiam for everything. I think she was kindly telling me that he only has one volume level and everything that comes out of his mouth sounds like yelling. I am so excited to give homeschooling a try this year. I love spending time with my boys and enjoy their company. They make me laugh everyday.
Josh has officially started his assistantship doing research for the M.S. Nuclear Engineering Program. I am so relieved he is enjoying it.
I just had my piano recital last night so I am excited for a change in pace this summer.
P.S. The bouquet of flowers was actually from the wedding, but I still think I have the best husband.
