Summer Lovin'

I am not ready for summer to be over. There is so much to do in the summer and it seems like there is never enough time to do it all. We did manage to squeeze in quite a bit though.

Idaho Falls Power had an open house that we attended. They had free hot dogs, jump houses, bucket lifts, and tours.

 We did some fishing.

I started a sports co-op. Benson and Grant did one for tee ball this past spring so, I decided to start once for soccer and one that was a little closer to where we live. We have volunteer coaches, parents take their turns helping and bringing a snack, and it's free. The only cost was $5 for their adorable shirts which I think turned out pretty cute.

Other than strawberries, our garden is finished - I am finished. Benson and Grant are rolling a pumpkin over from the garden to the front steps. Team work!
They were so helpful with the garden this year. It was great! I didn't even have to nag. Benson pulled all the corn, I dug it up and Grant dragged the stalks to a pile. The next day they husked about half the corn between the both of them. I love my boys. I hope they will always be this willing to help. When we were done husking the corn we made little people with the corn husks and put them on the front steps for decoration.
We also went to a corn maze.
Ate some more hot dogs.
Benson says he is ready for the snow because he can't wait to go sledding. Give me at least another 2 months, please. It has been a fun summer.
